Instructions

Fill out the below form starting with the school/organization and main contact info.
Click the “Please download and fill out the Subscriber Agreement form and upload here.” link.
- The Subscriber Agreement form will download to your computer.
- Open & complete it.
- Print it.
- Upload back to CViConnect, using the “Choose File” button.
A CViConnect Team member will send your invoice based on the number of students (seats) your CViConnect PRO subscription should be set to support.
